La venta, compra y arriendo de inmuebles a trav\u00e9s de portales inmobiliarios se ha fortalecido en Colombia.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan cifras de Mercado Libre, en lo que va corrido del a\u00f1o, se han publicado m\u00e1s de 200 inmuebles en la plataforma con sus propiedades para venta o arriendo, siendo Bogot\u00e1 y las regiones de Antioquia y Valle Del Cauca las que reportan el mayor n\u00famero de publicaciones.<\/p>\n

A pesar de que la disposici\u00f3n para adquirir vivienda se ubic\u00f3 en -31,1 %, de acuerdo con la Encuesta de Opini\u00f3n al consumidor de Fedesarrollo en septiembre de 2022, el Marketplace que cuenta con el ecosistema inmobiliario de Latinoam\u00e9rica en pa\u00edses como Argentina, Brasil, Chile, M\u00e9xico y Uruguay, afirma que los arriendos y ventas de vivienda usada se han potenciado en m\u00e1s de un 15 % durante 2022.<\/p>\n

Lo anterior est\u00e1 demostrado por el comportamiento de los usuarios, quienes han propiciado m\u00e1s de 3 millones de visitas org\u00e1nicas al mes en el portal inmobiliario de clasificados de Mercado Libre, y que, apalancado en todo su ecosistema, ha logrado ofrecer a los usuarios una oferta amplia y completa de inmuebles en el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n

Para disponer de dicha oferta, la compa\u00f1\u00eda cuenta con estrictos procesos de validaci\u00f3n de identidad para los usuarios que publican su propiedad para arriendo o venta, destacando as\u00ed que la seguridad y la confianza son fundamentales para el Marketplace.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado, el portal de inmuebles tiene alianzas con entidades que ofrecen m\u00e9todos de financiaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Una de ellas es Creditop, un portal de cr\u00e9ditos a trav\u00e9s del cual los colombianos pueden simular y solicitar sus cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios con excelentes tasas de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La compa\u00f1\u00eda le apuesta a incluir a las entidades bancarias que ya tienen alianza con Mercado Libre en el portal inmobiliario.<\/p>\n

Actualmente, el portal de inmuebles cuenta con una alianza con Constructora Bol\u00edvar que contempla una vitrina de m\u00e1s de 35 proyectos y 180.000 inmuebles en todo el pa\u00eds en modalidad de venta y arriendo.<\/p>\n

Con este aliado, Mercado Libre busca dar visibilidad a las oportunidades de adquirir vivienda que tienen los colombianos dentro y fuera del pa\u00eds, ya sea en proyectos de Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social o de una categor\u00eda diferente, disponibles desde $86 millones.<\/p>\n
